The WCD 2011 provides authors with a chance to present their work to a wider audience through oral and poster presentations. To ensure that content is shared effectively with all participants, we encourage all presenters to please observe the following

E-Posters
2,889 E-posters will be displayed on more than 200 computers in Hall C of COEX. E-posters should be written in English and submitted in PPT format through the online system by March 31, 2011. All authors should prepare their presentation files using the guidelines below and please be noticed PPT slides limit the number to 10 for case reports and 20 for original articles.

Presentation Material Submission
All speakers should upload their presentation materials by April 15, 2011 through the online system on the congress website so that they can be transferred onto the PCs in the session rooms before the congress. Use the following procedure:

1) Log in with your own ID and password
2) Click the menu button labeled “Presentation File Upload,” select your file, and click to upload.
 
Session Recording Agreement
(For Only Plenary Lecture, What’s New, KDA Seminar)
The WCD2011 Organizing Committee is planning to produce educational materials using audio & PPT file recordings from Plenary Lectures, What’s New Sessions and KDA Seminars. Please assist us by submitting a signed Recording Agreement Form [See Encl. 2_Recording Agreement Form] to the scientific secretariat via fax or e-mail by April 30, 2011.
 
Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
(For Only Invited Session)
The 22nd World Congress of Dermatology is dedicated to providing continuing medical education (CME) that is independent, fair, balanced, objective and free of commercial bias. All session directors, planning committee members, speakers or anyone in a position to control the content are expected to disclose to the audience any real or apparent conflict of interest related to the content of the presentation so that such conflicts can be resolved. The attached ‘Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form’ should be submitted to the secretariat with your signature by April 30, 2011. Speakers are also encouraged to insert comments into one of their PPT slides disclosing any existing commercial relationships.
